Ahmet began his professional career with the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) as an associate in the office of the FIFA President. In 2011, Ahmet worked with global sports media and marketing agency MP & Silva. As Vice President of Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships, Ahmet led the implementation of the international acquisition strategy and the exploitation of high-level sports rights. In 2015, Ahmet led a major project by co-creating the AGCFF (Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation), bringing together the eight football federations in the Persian Gulf.
A career diplomat at Quai d’Orsay (he represented France in Muscat, Havana, Los Angeles and Brasilia from 1983 to 1997) and a former freelancer at France-Football from 1976 to 1983 for foreign football, Jérôme Champagne joined the 1998 World Cup Organising Committee in 1997 as diplomatic adviser and head of protocol. In 1999, he joined FIFA where, for eleven years, he held various positions as advisor to the President, Deputy Secretary General and then Head of International Relations. Since 2010, he has worked as a football consultant (organisation, audit, development, specific projects) for various federations, leagues, clubs, institutions and companies.
Ingo began his career in 2004 as Scouting Coordinator and Assistant Sporting Director at Hannover 96, holding the position for three years. In 2007 he joined four times champion 1. FC Kaiserslautern as the club’s Chief Scout. He then became Head of Recruitment and Match Analysis for FC Carl Zeiss Jena. In August 2010 he signed a contract with Swiss club BSC Young Boys as their global Transfer Manager and Scouting Coordinator. In this position, he was responsible for building up a world-wide scouting network and setting up an efficient reporting system. Furthermore he has worked as a scouting and transfer consultant for various clubs. In addition to his scouting engagements, Ingo was a freelancer for several German newspapers.
From the world of banking and finance, Yannick has made the choice to switch over ten years to entrepreneurship. By founding the first mortgage brokerage firm in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (Crédit Experts) Yannick established 17 offices in France and Luxemburg employing over 65 experts. Moreover Yannick has co-found a leading French national research network of real estate and corporate loans professionals. Graduated with a master’s degree in banking techniques, Yannick is responsible for the group’s strategic investments and finances.
